Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return, please contact us at: cunalivia@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
